AAM invites past, current and new exhibitors to join us in Los Angeles at MuseumExpo 2010. Booth rates have remained the same, and you can still secure a 10% discount for next year’s show – ONLY - if you sign up in, or before Philadelphia.
As in the past, AAM will continue our rebook policy based on our priority point system and size of your 2009 booth. Organizations are assigned points on a variety of factors using the following criteria:

To prepare for your booth selection, please review and/or download the following:
1. MuseumExpo™ 2010 Application and Contract for Exhibit Space
2. MuseumExpo™ 2010 Floor Plan
3. MuseumExpo™ 2010 Exhibit Preference Form
(Note: You are not required to complete this form, but it is strongly suggested
you do so before arriving at your rebook appointment to help facilitate reserving
one of your top booth preferences.)
4. Rebook Schedule
· Please bring next year’s completed contract (with 50% non-refundable deposit) and your MuseumExpo™ 2010 Preference Form with you for your appointment to the MuseumExpo™ Rebook Office. The Rebook Office is behind Exhibitor Registration outside Hall A in the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
· If you are unable to attend onsite rebook, and would like to still reserve your exhibit space by proxy, please complete the MuseumExpo™ 2010 Proxy Form. This form, and a completed contract, with 50% deposit, must be submitted prior to your scheduled appointment time. You can either fax it by COB Wednesday, April 22, 2009 to 202-756-2890, or you can drop it off at MuseumExpo Rebook Office. The Rebook Office is behind Exhibitor Registration in the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
If your organization is not listed on the Rebook Schedule you probably signed up late for this year’s show in Philadelphia. If that is the case you are still invited to rebook on-site and receive on-site pricing and discounts at our make-up sessions on Saturday, May 2 10:00 A.M -12 P.M. During the make-up sessions exhibitors will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Again, priority points are based on a number of factors such as years, booth size, island, corner assignment, upsize and industry partner.
In addition, there are four rebooking categories and your category is based on the square footage of your MuseumExpoTM 2009 booth. Your total number of priority points will determine your ranking in the specific category. When you rebook, you do not have to sign up for the same size booth. You may choose a larger or smaller size for 2010.
Rebook Category order will be as follows:
Category 1 - 2009 size of 400 sq ft
Category 2 - 2009 size of 300 sq ft
Category 3 - 2009 size of 200 sq ft
Category 4 - 2009 size of 100 sq ft
