Annual Meeting Housing Reservations 

AAM’s official housing reservation center for the annual meeting, is accessible online or by telephone for reservations or inquiries at 713-437-5243, or toll free 888-508-5731, Monday through Friday from 9 am -4pm (CST) except major holidays. Special rates are available to annual meeting attendees making reservations through April 21, 2011.  After that date, AAM’s block of rooms will be released to the general public and rates will be subject to change at that time.  All rates are per room/per night and do not include the current 17% occupancy tax.

The Hilton Americas-Houston has been selected as the official AAM headquarters hotel.

After May 09, 2011 changes must be made directly with the hotel. Cancellations not made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date will be charged a “no-show” fee of first night’s room rate plus applicable tax.

Roommate/Room share

Hospitality Suites
