AAM invites past, current and new exhibitors to join us in Baltimore, MD, at the MuseumExpo™ 2013.  All Booth rates have remained the same, and we’re bringing back the 10% discount for next year’s show - if you sign up onsite in Minneapolis!

As in the past, AAM will continue our rebook policy based on our priority point system and size of your 2013 booth.   Please contact us if you have any questions about your point totals, and see below for additional details.Here’s how it works:

AAM will inform you via e-mail of your date and time to rebook onsite in Minneapolis To prepare for your booth selection, please review and/or download the following:

1.  MuseumExpo™ 2013 Application and Contract for Exhibit Space

2.  MuseumExpo™ 2013 Floor Plan    
(Note: you can also view the interactive floor plan for Baltimore).

3.  MuseumExpo™ 2013 Exhibit Preference Form     
    (Note: You are not required to complete this form, but it is strongly suggested
     you do so before arriving at your rebook appointment to help facilitate reserving
     one of your top booth preferences.)

4.   MuseumExpo™ Proxy Form

5.  Rebook Schedule
 

Please bring next year’s completed contract (with 50% non-refundable deposit) and your MuseumExpo™ 2013 Preference Form with you for your appointment to the MuseumExpo™ Rebook Office – which is located in the Exhibit Hall in the back of the 800 Aisle next to the Exhibitor Lounge.

You can also find all the above documents and view the MuseumExpo™ 2013 Interactive Floor Plan at the MuseumExpo website. When you arrive for your appointment, please review the floor plan to determine if your booth choices are still available. If any of your choices are unavailable, please select an alternative(s).

When your company name is called, proceed to the booking desk to select an available booth and sign your MuseumExpo™ 2013 Application and Contract for Exhibit Space and remit your 50% non-refundable deposit.

Once you get to the booking desk, you only have 3 minutes, so please plan ahead.

If you miss your appointment, please stop by the MuseumExpo™ Rebook Office and we will try to work you in to the next available slot.
